Ingredients
- 2 (3 oz. size) pkg. orange Jell-O
- 1 c. hot water
- 1 c. fruit juice
- 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. small marshmallows
Method
- Dissolve gelatin in hot water and fruit juice.
- Add sherbet. Stir until melted.
- Add fruit and chill.
- Add sour cream and small marshmallows to fruit mixture.
- Spread over gelatin.
- Serves 12.
