Ingredients

  • 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
  • 1/2 c. cold water
  • 1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp. chopped onion
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 2 cans (7 oz.) drained, flaked tuna (water packed)
  • radishes, cucumbers, green or red peppers (optional)

Method

  • Heat soup; stir in lemon juice, mustard and salt together. Chill.
  • Add mayonnaise.
  • Fold in onions, celery, tuna and any vegetables you would like.
  • Gently fill mold.
  • Chill several hours.
  • Serve with crackers.
