Ingredients

  • 1/3 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 (6 oz.) can StarKist solid white chunk light tuna, drained and flaked
  • 1/4 c. chopped celery
  • 1 hard-cooked egg, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped green onions
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. drained, chopped pimiento
  • 6 flour tortillas (6-inch)
  • 1 c. shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 c. shredded Colby or Monterey Jack cheese
  • salsa (optional)

Method

  • In large bowl, combine mayo, garlic salt, lemon pepper, tuna, celery, egg, onion, bell pepper and pimiento.
  • Mix thoroughly. Place generous 1/2 cup filling on one side of each tortilla.
  • Top with lettuce and cheese.
  • Fold tortillas over; serve with salsa, if desired.
  • Makes 6 servings.
