Ingredients

  • 2 c. frozen hash browns
  • 2 c. frozen mixed vegetables or drained Veg-All
  • 2 cans tuna, drained
  • 1 can cream of potato soup
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder or small onion, chopped
  • 1 c. American cheese, grated
  • 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 3 c. Corn Chex (crushed 1 1/2 cups)

Method

  • Thaw hash browns and vegetables.
  • Toss together with tuna. Mix potato soup, sour cream and onion together and stir into vegetables.
  • Place in 2-quart casserole.
  • Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
  • Mix crushed Corn Chex with melted butter in Ziploc bag and shake to mix.
  • Sprinkle on top of cheese.
  • Bake at 350° for 55 to 60 minutes.
  • Makes 8 servings.
