- 2 c. frozen hash browns
- 2 c. frozen mixed vegetables or drained Veg-All
- 2 cans tuna, drained
- 1 can cream of potato soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder or small onion, chopped
- 1 c. American cheese, grated
- 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 3 c. Corn Chex (crushed 1 1/2 cups)
Method
- Thaw hash browns and vegetables.
- Toss together with tuna. Mix potato soup, sour cream and onion together and stir into vegetables.
- Place in 2-quart casserole.
- Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
- Mix crushed Corn Chex with melted butter in Ziploc bag and shake to mix.
- Sprinkle on top of cheese.
- Bake at 350° for 55 to 60 minutes.
- Makes 8 servings.
