Ingredients
- 1 round loaf rye bread
- Brie (about 1/2 lb. or more)
Method
- Scoop out the insides of a round loaf of rye bread.
- Cube Brie cheese and sprinkle it with 2 tablespoons each of dill and garlic. Put the cubed Brie on the inside of the loaf and place the top back on the loaf.
- Wrap in aluminum foil and bake at 325° for 40 minutes.
- Arrange on platter and dip in.
