Ingredients
- 3 c. flour
- 3/4 lb. candied cherries
- 3/4 lb. candied pineapple
- 1 lb. chopped pecans
- 1/2 lb. butter
- 2 c. sugar
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Method
- Mix all dry ingredients together.
- Cream butter and sugar, then add eggs one at a time.
- Mix this with dry ingredients.
- Then fold in candied fruit and nuts.
- Pour into greased and floured tube pan.
- Bake at 250° for 3 hours.
