Ingredients
- 2 to 3 c. cooked green beans
- 1 to 2 c. cooked peas
- 1 to 2 c. grated carrots
- 1 to 2 c. shredded lettuce
- 1 hard-cooked egg, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. minced parsley
- salt to taste
- paprika to taste
- 4 Tbsp. salad dressing or mayonnaise
Method
- Mix and chill ingredients.
- Serve in a bowl and pass mayonnaise dressing.
- Leftovers come in handy in making this salad.
