Ingredients

  • 1 large can chunk tuna
  • 1/2 c. mushrooms
  • 1/2 c. pimentos
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 1/2 c. chopped green peppers or 1/4 c. dried pepper
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • cooked noodles
  • Cheddar cheese for topping
  • sliced olives for topping

Method

  • Mix 1/2 can soup with the mixture and remaining half when adding the tuna mixture and noodles.
  • Next, add the soup, noodles and tuna mixture together in baking dish.
  • Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
  • Remove and top with Cheddar cheese and sliced olives. Return to oven to melt cheese.
