Ingredients
- 1 large can chunk tuna
- 1/2 c. mushrooms
- 1/2 c. pimentos
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1/2 c. chopped green peppers or 1/4 c. dried pepper
- 1 can mushroom soup
- cooked noodles
- Cheddar cheese for topping
- sliced olives for topping
Method
- Mix 1/2 can soup with the mixture and remaining half when adding the tuna mixture and noodles.
- Next, add the soup, noodles and tuna mixture together in baking dish.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
- Remove and top with Cheddar cheese and sliced olives. Return to oven to melt cheese.
