Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
- 3 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 6 Tbsp. flour
- 1 can chicken with rice soup
- 1 c. milk
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 can tuna or other meat
Method
- Saute green pepper and onion in cooking oil.
- Add flour, chicken with rice soup and milk.
- Add lemon juice and tuna or other meat.
