Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 (4 ounce.) can diced green chili peppers, liquid removed
- 1 (2 1/4 ounce.) can sliced ripe olives, liquid removed
- 1/4 c. green onions, sliced
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise or possibly salad dressing
- 36 to 40 round tortilla chips
Method
- In large bowl combine cheese, chili peppers, olives, onion and mayonnaise.
- Gently mix in shrimp.
- Top each tortilla chip with rounded tsp.
- of mix, arrange on microwave safe platter and cook 1 to 2 min till cheese is melted.
- Makes 36 to 40 appetizer chips.
- 12 servings.
