Ingredients
- 1 can tuna
- 1 can peas
- 3/4 c. diced cheese
- 1 can mushrooms
- 4 eggs, diced (boiled)
- 1 c. Medium White Sauce
Method
- Put diced eggs in pan; add drained tuna and mushrooms.
- Add cheese to White Sauce.
- Cook until melted, then mix all ingredients together.
- Pour into buttered casserole.
- Cover with cracker crumbs and dot with butter.
- Bake at 450° until golden brown.
