Ingredients
- 2 slices white bread, crust removed, torn into small pieces
- 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna, drained
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- dill sauce
Method
- Mix bread, tuna, egg, Worcestershire, mustard and salt. Shape mixture into 3 patties, about 1/2-inch thick.
- Fry in oil over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
- Top with dill sauce.
