Ingredients
- 1 box German chocolate cake mix
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 stick oleo (Kraft)
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 box powdered sugar
Method
- Spray 9 x 13-inch pan with no-stick spray.
- Mix coconut and pecans together and spread over bottom of pan.
- Mix cake as directed on box and pour over coconut and nuts.
- Cream together, oleo, cream cheese and powdered sugar.
- Pour over cake.
- Do not spread.
- Bake
- at 350° 30 to 40 minutes or until cake is done in the middle.
- Cake will have a cracked look on top, giving appearance of earthquake.
