Ingredients
- 2 pkg. strawberry Jell-O
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 lb. frozen strawberries
- 2 bananas, chopped
- 1 c. crushed pineapple
- 1/2 c. nuts, chopped
- 1/2 pt. sour cream
Method
- Defrost strawberries.
- Do not drain but slice them.
- Drain pineapple.
- Dissolve Jell-O in hot water.
- Add strawberries, bananas, pineapple and nuts.
- Divide mixture in half.
- Pour one portion in container and let congeal.
- Spread sour cream over the congealed portion; pour remaining Jell-O mixture in container. Return to refrigerator until completely congealed.
