Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. strawberry Jell-O
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 lb. frozen strawberries
  • 2 bananas, chopped
  • 1 c. crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 c. nuts, chopped
  • 1/2 pt. sour cream

Method

  • Defrost strawberries.
  • Do not drain but slice them.
  • Drain pineapple.
  • Dissolve Jell-O in hot water.
  • Add strawberries, bananas, pineapple and nuts.
  • Divide mixture in half.
  • Pour one portion in container and let congeal.
  • Spread sour cream over the congealed portion; pour remaining Jell-O mixture in container. Return to refrigerator until completely congealed.
