Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt, plain
  • 2 Tablespoons half and half
  • 2 cucumbers, peeled and sliced into large chunks
  • 1/2 onion, sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Method

  • Place cucumber, onion, garlic in food processor and pulse 10 to 20 times until vegetables are chopped small but not pureed. Scoop out of food processor and place in a medium bowl add Greek yogurt, half and half, salt and dill. Mix well. Best if allowed to stand for at least an hour in the fridge.
