Ingredients

  • 1 lrg. whole-wheat pizza crust (14 oz)
  • 1 c. pineapple mango chipotle salsa
  • 1 c. shredded Monterey jack cheese
  • 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 green pepper (seeded, sliced)
  • 1/2 red pepper (seeded, sliced)
  • 1/2 small onion (sliced)

Method

  • 1. Heat oven to 450
  • 2. Place pizza crust on large baking sheet. Spread 2/3 c. of salsa over crust. Sprnkle the cheeses over the salsa. Spoon remaining 1/3 c. salsa over cheese; scatter pepper and onion over top.
  • Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese is melted. Cut into 8 slices
