Ingredients
- 5 lb. pot roast
- 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
- 2 Tbsp. meat tenderizer
- 2 c. water
- 10 potatoes, chopped
- 10 carrots, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
Method
- Brown roast on all sides in pan on top of stove.
- Then add onion soup mix, tenderizer and water.
- Cook 1 hour.
- Add chopped vegetables.
- Cook 1 1/2 hours more or until roast and vegetables are tender.
