Ingredients
- 1 very ripe, medium size banana, peeled and cut into chunks
- 3/4 c. pineapple juice
- 1/2 c. low-fat plain or vanilla yogurt
- 1 kiwi fruit, peeled and chopped
- crushed ice (optional)
Method
- In a blender, combine banana pieces with pineapple juice, yogurt, kiwi fruit and ice.
- Secure lid and process until blended. Pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately.
- Makes 2 servings.
