- 3 lbs lean ground beef
- 1 med or large onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can beef vegetable with barley soup
- 1 can chicken gumbo soup
- 1 can chicken and rice soup
Method
- In large pot, brown meat, onion and garlic.
- Drain excess fat.
- Add soups, one at a time (no water or milk).
- Cook on low heat for 45 minutes, or until bubbly.
- Stir occasionally to keep from sticking. Serve over Chinese noodles, egg noodles, or rice.
