Ingredients

  • 3 lbs lean ground beef
  • 1 med or large onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can beef vegetable with barley soup
  • 1 can chicken gumbo soup
  • 1 can chicken and rice soup

Method

  • In large pot, brown meat, onion and garlic.
  • Drain excess fat.
  • Add soups, one at a time (no water or milk).
  • Cook on low heat for 45 minutes, or until bubbly.
  • Stir occasionally to keep from sticking. Serve over Chinese noodles, egg noodles, or rice.
