Ingredients
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell
- 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin (2 c.)
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle condensed milk
Method
- Preheat oven to 425°.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well.
- Bake for 15 minutes and reduce oven temperature to 350°.
- Continue baking for 35 or 40 minutes, or until knife inserted near the edge comes out clean.
