Ingredients

  • 2 cup oil
  • 1 medium piece of chicken (thigh)
  • 1 small diced onion
  • 1 cup frozen veggies
  • 2 cup chicken broth (dry variety)

Method

  • Dice up your onions and onions
  • Boil 2 cups of water (to mix with dry chicken broth)
  • Add oil to pan and heat on med-high
  • Once oil is heated add onions and chicken
  • When chicken is slightly brown (not fully done ! )
  • add veggies and noodles (add more for more servings) stir frequently.
  • Once boiling turn down the heat to low and let simmer.
  • Slowly add soup base and parsley for more flavoring.
  • Check noodles and chicken and take off heat.
  • Serve with love :)
