Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. taco seasoning mix
  • 2 garlic cloves, pressed
  • 2 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 c. black olives, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro
  • 1 medium tomato, seeded and chopped
  • 1/4 c. sliced green onions with tops
  • tortilla chips

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Spread refried beans over bottom of 9 x 9 baker pan.
  • Combine cream cheese, sour cream and taco seasoning.
  • Press garlic into bowl with creamy mixture and mix well.
  • Spread over beans.
  • Shred cheese over the top and bake 15 to 18 minutes.
  • Chop olives, Snip Cilantro.
  • Sprinkle chopped tomato, onions, olives and cilantro over hot dip.
  • Garnish with additional sour cream if desired.
  • Serve with tortilla chips.
