- 1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. taco seasoning mix
- 2 garlic cloves, pressed
- 2 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 c. black olives, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro
- 1 medium tomato, seeded and chopped
- 1/4 c. sliced green onions with tops
- tortilla chips
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Spread refried beans over bottom of 9 x 9 baker pan.
- Combine cream cheese, sour cream and taco seasoning.
- Press garlic into bowl with creamy mixture and mix well.
- Spread over beans.
- Shred cheese over the top and bake 15 to 18 minutes.
- Chop olives, Snip Cilantro.
- Sprinkle chopped tomato, onions, olives and cilantro over hot dip.
- Garnish with additional sour cream if desired.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
