Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Shrimp (medium to large) peeled, but leave tail on
  • 6-8 large garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2-3/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper
  • Green onion tops chopped for garnish
  • wooden skewers soak in water 30 minutes

Method

  • Take peeled shrimp, garlic, pepper flakes, salt and pepper and oil and combine in a glass bowl. Cover and marinate for 3-12 hours-stir occasionaly.
  • When ready, heat grill to medium heat. Put 4 shrimp per skewer. Grill 3-4 minutes a side until pink through. Serve on patter and sprinkle with green onion tops Enjoy!!
