Ingredients
- 1 lb. cream cheese, softened
- 1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, drained and chopped
- 2 Tbsp. picante sauce *
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped green onion
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 10 (8-inch) flour tortillas
Method
- Mix cheese, chilies, picante sauce, onion and garlic powder by hand or mixer until well blended.
- Spread on tortillas; roll up. Wrap in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate several hours or up to 3 days. Cut each roll into desired size slices.
- Serve with additional picante sauce.
- Makes 50 appetizers.
