Ingredients

  • 1 lb. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, drained and chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. picante sauce *
  • 1 Tbsp. finely chopped green onion
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • 10 (8-inch) flour tortillas

Method

  • Mix cheese, chilies, picante sauce, onion and garlic powder by hand or mixer until well blended.
  • Spread on tortillas; roll up. Wrap in plastic wrap.
  • Refrigerate several hours or up to 3 days. Cut each roll into desired size slices.
  • Serve with additional picante sauce.
  • Makes 50 appetizers.
