Ingredients

  • 4 c. tomatoes (about 6 lg.) peeled, cored and minced
  • 2 c. long green or possibly yellow mild peppers, seeded and minced
  • 1 c. warm peppers (chili or possibly jalapeno), seeded and minced
  • 1 c. minced onion
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 1/2 c. cider vinegar

Method

  • Combine all ingredients in a large pan.
  • Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 20 min.
  • Pour into warm, sterilized jars, leaving 1/4 inch space.
  • Seal, and process in a boiling water bath for 30 min.
  • Makes 6 eight oz jars.
