Ingredients
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. white sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 3 (10 oz.) pkg. refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Cook 35 to 40 minutes until golden brown.
- Grease or spray 12-inch Bundt pan.
- Into pan, place pecans.
- Melt together butter and brown sugar in small saucepan. In plastic bag or container with top, mix sugar and cinnamon. Unwrap biscuits.
- Cut into quarters.
- Put biscuit pieces in white sugar mixture and shake until coated.
- Do this in small batches. Place coated biscuits into pan on top of pecans.
- Pour brown sugar mix over all.
- Bake 35 to 40 minutes.
- Invert onto serving dish and serve warm.
