Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. white sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3 (10 oz.) pkg. refrigerated buttermilk biscuits

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Cook 35 to 40 minutes until golden brown.
  • Grease or spray 12-inch Bundt pan.
  • Into pan, place pecans.
  • Melt together butter and brown sugar in small saucepan. In plastic bag or container with top, mix sugar and cinnamon. Unwrap biscuits.
  • Cut into quarters.
  • Put biscuit pieces in white sugar mixture and shake until coated.
  • Do this in small batches. Place coated biscuits into pan on top of pecans.
  • Pour brown sugar mix over all.
  • Bake 35 to 40 minutes.
  • Invert onto serving dish and serve warm.
