Ingredients
- 1 peck tomatoes, washed, peeled and cut fine
- 5 onions, cut fine
- 5 hot peppers, cut fine
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 2 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 c. vinegar
Method
- Mix all ingredients.
- Cook on low heat for at least 2 hours. Stir often.
- If you desire a very hot relish, add more pepper. Can according to canning directions.
