Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (14 oz.) extra firm tofu
  • 3 Tbsp. A.1. Original Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil or vegetable oil
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups red pepper strips
  • 1/3 cup green onion
  • 2 cups sugar snap peas
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • t tsp. lemon juice Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09

Method

  • Slice tofu into cubes, let marinate in A1 sauce while cutting vegetables.
  • Fry tofu in 1 tbsp oil for 6-8 minutes and then set aside.
  • Fry vegetables in 1 tbsp oil for 6 minutes.
  • Add tofu back in to vegetables, also add soy sauce and lemon juice and fry until all is mixed and heated through, another 1-2 minutes.
