Ingredients
- 15 oz. soft tofu
- 6 Tbsp. plain nonfat yogurt
- 3 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tsp. sugar (optional)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Method
- In food processor or blender, combine all ingredients, except oil, until smooth.
- With motor running, slowly drizzle oil through feed tube until mixture is creamy.
- Refrigerate in a covered container (mixture thickens when chilled).
