Ingredients

  • 6 flat pita bread rounds, Halved horizontally and toasted
  • 1 (7 ounce) container hummus
  • 4 romaine lettuce leaves
  • 1 large tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 yellow sweet pepper, seeded and sliced
  • 12 of a English cucumber, sliced
  • 2 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
  • 14 cup oregano leaves
  • 14 cup Greek salad dressing

Method

  • Spread 8 pita halves with hummus.
  • Layer four of the spread slices with romaine, tomato,and sweet pepper slices.
  • Top with four spread pita halves, hummus side up.
  • Layer Cucumber, feta cheese and fresh oregano.
  • Drizzle with Greek dressing.
  • Top with remaining pita halves.
  • Serve with home made chips!
