Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, mashed to a paste
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 2 lb. salmon fillets, skinned and cut into 4 pieces
- 1/2 c. coarsely ground black peppercorns
- 3 Tbsp. peanut oil
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
Method
- In a sealable plastic bag, combine soy sauce, garlic, lemon juice and sugar.
- Add salmon; coat well and let marinate, sealed and chilled for at least 30 minutes.
- Remove salmon from bag (discard marinade) and press about 2 teaspoons pepper into each piece to coat.
