Ingredients
- 2 c. tomato juice (V-8 can be used)
- 1 Tbsp. grated onion
- 1 Tbsp. horseradish
- 3 Tbsp. vinegar (sweet pickle juice may be substituted)
- 3 Tbsp. celery, finely chopped
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry gelatin
Method
- Bring all ingredients to boil.
- Pour over contents of package of gelatin.
- Stir well; place in refrigerator.
- Allow to set until firm.
