Ingredients
- 1 1/3 pounds tiger prawns whole
- 1 lime
- 2 Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise dollops*
- 2 tablespoons runny honey
- 2 limes
- 1 green chilli
- 1 bunch coriander
Method
- Preheat a griddle pan or BBQ.
- In a medium sized bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, honey, zested and juiced lime, deseeded and finely chopped green chilli and chopped coriander. Season with pepper.
- Cook the prawns on the griddle or BBQ for 2 minutes on each side, or until the prawns are cooked.
- Add the cooked prawns to the dressing, toss well and serve with the 4 lime wedges.
