Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 pounds tiger prawns whole
  • 1 lime
  • 2 Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise dollops*
  • 2 tablespoons runny honey
  • 2 limes
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1 bunch coriander

Method

  • Preheat a griddle pan or BBQ.
  • In a medium sized bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, honey, zested and juiced lime, deseeded and finely chopped green chilli and chopped coriander. Season with pepper.
  • Cook the prawns on the griddle or BBQ for 2 minutes on each side, or until the prawns are cooked.
  • Add the cooked prawns to the dressing, toss well and serve with the 4 lime wedges.
