Ingredients

  • 2 pieces bread
  • butter, softened
  • 2 to 3 slices your favorite sandwich cheese

Method

  • Prepare a medium size skillet with Pam cooking spray or butter. Heat skillet.
  • Lightly butter one side of each piece of bread.
  • Lay butter side down; place cheese on top, then place other slice of bread with butter facing up.
  • Cook on both sides until lightly browned.
  • Cut into strips or use your favorite cookie cutter for little fingers.
