- 3 lb. fryer
- 3 Tbsp. catsup
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 5 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 4 Tbsp. water
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. salt
Method
- Cut fryer then add
- salt and pepper.
- Combine all sauce ingredients
- and dip each
- piece
- of
- chicken
- in
- the
- sauce. Grease a brown paper
- bag
- inside
- with
- vegetable oil.
- Place chicken in the bag, skin
- side down.
- Pour the remaining sauce in the bag.
- Fold tightly
- and
- place
- in roaster with lid and bake, uncovered, 15 minutes at 350°.
- Then put lid on and bake 1 hour at 400°.
