Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. Angel Flake coconut
- dash of salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Cover an unbaked 9-inch crust with coconut.
- Mix sugar and flour.
- Add eggs and milk.
- Pour into crust.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until knife comes out of pie clean.
- The coconut will rise to the top of the pie.
