Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (8 ounce.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 c. crumbled Roquefort cheese
  • 1 (5 ounce.) hickory smoked flavor cheese spread
  • 2 tbsp. whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp. stuffed olives, chopped
  • 2 tbsp. chopped parsley
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Caraway seed (opt.)
  • Stuffed olive slices

Method

  • In food processor combine cheeses and cream.
  • Process till smooth.
  • Add in Worcestershire, onion, olives and parsley.
  • Mix well.
  • Cover, refrigerateovernight.
  • Arrange lettuce along bottom of serving bowl.
  • Shortly before serving, shape cheese mix into ball.
  • Place on top of lettuce.
  • Sprinkle with caraway seeds.
  • Garnish with olive slices.
