- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. margarine, softened
- 4 eggs
- 6 Tbsp. baking cocoa
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 c. confectioners sugar
- 1/4 c. margarine, softened
- 3 Tbsp. vanilla instant pudding mix
- 4 to 5 Tbsp. milk
- 1 c. chocolate chips
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 2 1/2 to 2 3/4 c. confectioners sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Combine sugar, 1 cup margarine, eggs, cocoa, flour, 2 teaspoons vanilla and salt in bowl; mix well. Spoon into 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until brownies test done. Let stand until cool.
