Ingredients

  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. margarine, softened
  • 4 eggs
  • 6 Tbsp. baking cocoa
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 3 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1/4 c. margarine, softened
  • 3 Tbsp. vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 4 to 5 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 c. chocolate chips
  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 2 1/2 to 2 3/4 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Combine sugar, 1 cup margarine, eggs, cocoa, flour, 2 teaspoons vanilla and salt in bowl; mix well. Spoon into 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until brownies test done. Let stand until cool.
