Ingredients

  • 2 cups steel cut oats (do not substitute )
  • 6 cups water
  • 12 cup dried cherries or 12 cup raisins or 12 cup cranberries
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 14 cup ground flax seeds
  • 12 cup blueberries or 12 cup bananas or 12 cup walnuts

Method

  • Spray the inside of a 4-5 quart slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Add the Oats, Water, Maple Syrup,Dried fruit, Cinnamon and Ground Flaxseed.
  • Set slow cooker to Low and cook for 7-8 hours.
  • When ready to serve, top with Blueberries ( Fresh or Frozen) Banana slices, and Walnuts.
