Ingredients
- steak
- 2 cloves garlic
- salt and pepper
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can French onion soup
Method
- Tenderize and pound the steak.
- Cut up in individual pieces. Cut up garlic; salt and pepper.
- Put soups on top of meat.
- Bake at 350° for about 1 hour.
- (Makes delicious gravy for mashed potatoes or pasta.)
