Ingredients

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 teaspoons oil
  • 12 teaspoon garlic
  • 14 teaspoon cumin
  • 2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans chicken broth
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 12 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup chunky salsa
  • tortilla chips
  • shredded cheese
  • sour cream

Method

  • Cube chicken,saute in oil for about 5 minute.
  • Add garlic and cumin, mix well.
  • Then add broth, corn, onion, chili powder, lemon juice, and salsa.
  • Reduce heat and simmer 20 minute.
  • Serve with broken tortilla chips, cheese and salsa.
