Ingredients
- 2 or 3 eggs, beaten
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 Tbsp. butter
Method
- Heat pan over medium-high heat.
- Melt butter.
- Pour in eggs. Stir with fork, drawing edges to center.
- As eggs begin to set, tilt pan to make sure it's not sticking.
- Using fork, start rolling.
- Turn out on plate, seam side down.
