Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. onion, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 lb. butter
- 1/2 lb. crawfish tails
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1 c. crab meat
Method
- Brown onion and garlic in butter.
- Add crawfish and crab meat, 1/2 of bread crumbs, water and lemon juice.
- Cook over low heat for 10 to 15 minutes, until liquid is absorbed.
- While mixture simmers, line muffin tins with paper liners.
- Heat oven to 450°, then fill muffin tins 3/4 full with mixture.
- Top each cup with the remaining bread crumbs.
- Place in hot oven for 5 to 8 minutes until top bread crumbs brown a bit.
