Ingredients
- 1 bag pepperage farm seasoned dressing.
- 1/2 lg onion
- 2 stalks celery
- cooking liquid from giblets, neck and liver (1 cup)
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1-2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup chopped fresh oysters
Method
- chop celery and onion
- sautee in 2 Tbs butter for 3 min.
- chop fresh oysters
- mix all ingredients
- add chicken broth to desired moistness.
- adjust seasoning (salt and pepper to preference)
- loosely stuff turkey or
- put in buttered casserole dish add a little more broth if cooking in casserole dish
- bake @ 325 for 45 min.
