Ingredients

  • 1 bag pepperage farm seasoned dressing.
  • 1/2 lg onion
  • 2 stalks celery
  • cooking liquid from giblets, neck and liver (1 cup)
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1-2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup chopped fresh oysters

Method

  • chop celery and onion
  • sautee in 2 Tbs butter for 3 min.
  • chop fresh oysters
  • mix all ingredients
  • add chicken broth to desired moistness.
  • adjust seasoning (salt and pepper to preference)
  • loosely stuff turkey or
  • put in buttered casserole dish add a little more broth if cooking in casserole dish
  • bake @ 325 for 45 min.
