Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 white onion diced
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 can black olives medium
  • 8 ounces penne pasta vegetable
  • 24 ounces pasta sauce Barilla all natural

Method

  • Dice onions, chopped peppers ,slice olives
  • Heat pan with 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Saute onions and sugar
  • Boil water for noodles
  • Once onions are carmelized and bell peppers
  • Sauteed bell peppers
  • Add olives during last 2 minutes of sauteing
  • Add noodles to boiling water
  • Add sauce to sauteed mixture
  • Cook until 1 blending flavors adding the last two tablespoons of olive oil
