Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 3 eggs with 3 T milk added
- 1 Apple peeled, cored, sliced to 1/4" thick
- Aged vintage sharp white cheddar
- 1/4 onion sliced thin
Method
- Melt butter over medium heat until no longer foaming. Add sugar until melted. Add apple slices and cook until browned and caramelized each side. Remove apples and in same pan, add onions and cook until caramelized. Make omelet and add the cheese and apples inside, add thin sliced cheese and caramelized onions on top.
