Ingredients
- 2 c. each cooked, cubed chicken breast and chopped celery
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise (no substitute)
- 1/2 tsp. each salt and white pepper
Method
- In a large bowl, place chicken, celery, lemon juice and mayonnaise. Stir to blend. Add salt and pepper.
- Mix thoroughly. Chill before serving.
- Makes 8 (1/2 cup) servings.
