Ingredients

  • 3/4 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak, grilled, cut into thin slices Whole Foods 1 lb For $7.99 thru 02/09
  • 3 cups cooked long-grain white rice
  • 1 small red pepper, cut into strips
  • 2 carrots, cut into strips Target 2 lb For $3.00 thru 02/06
  • 1/4 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. BULL'S-EYE Original Barbecue Sauce

Method

  • Combine first 4 ingredients in large bowl.
  • Mix dressing, soy sauce and barbecue sauce until blended.
  • Add to meat mixture; toss to coat.
  • Serve immediately.
  • Or, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
