Ingredients
- 2 sticks margarine
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 3 c. sugar
- 5 eggs
- 3 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. lemon flavor
Method
- Beat margarine and shortening until smooth and shiny.
- Add sugar gradually and continue to beat until very smooth and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time beating after each one.
- Add flour and baking powder alternating with the milk.
- Add flavorings.
- Pour into 10-inch greased Bundt pan.
- Put in cold oven.
- Bake at 325°. Remove from pan while warm.
