Ingredients

  • 1 can cherry pie filling
  • 1 can crushed pineapple (and juice)
  • sugar
  • 1 box dry cake mix (white or yellow)
  • coconut
  • chopped pecans
  • 2 sticks melted margarine

Method

  • Spray a cobbler pan (9 x 13-inch) with Pam.
  • Add the cherry pie filling and crushed pineapple and juice.
  • Sprinkle sugar over fruit. Sprinkle the cake mix.
  • Sprinkle sugar over the cake mix. Sprinkle with coconut and pecans.
  • Pour the melted margarine over the pie. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
