Ingredients
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- 1 can crushed pineapple (and juice)
- sugar
- 1 box dry cake mix (white or yellow)
- coconut
- chopped pecans
- 2 sticks melted margarine
Method
- Spray a cobbler pan (9 x 13-inch) with Pam.
- Add the cherry pie filling and crushed pineapple and juice.
- Sprinkle sugar over fruit. Sprinkle the cake mix.
- Sprinkle sugar over the cake mix. Sprinkle with coconut and pecans.
- Pour the melted margarine over the pie. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
